Where do you deliver and set up?
Our main service areas are Lake Buena Vista, Walt Disney World resorts, Universal Orlando resorts, and International Drive Orlando. We specialize in intimate celebrations at hotels, resorts, Airbnbs and vacation rentals. Delivery is FREE within 20 miles of St. Cloud, FL 34771, and travel fees apply: $25 for 21–30 miles, $40 for 31–40 miles, $60 for 41–60 miles. Farther out? Message us for a custom travel quote.
What is your deposit and payment policy?
A $100 non-refundable deposit secures your date, with the remaining balance due 72 hours before setup — otherwise the event is cancelled and the deposit is forfeited. All prices are all-inclusive: sales tax and processing fees are already included, so the price you see is the price you pay.
What happens if a balloon pops after you leave?
Balloons are delicate — temperature changes, ceiling fans and curious little hands can cause pops. We use high-quality balloons and professional techniques to minimize issues, but once we leave the setup, we can’t guarantee against pops. If something deflates prematurely, message us with a photo and we’ll make it right where we can.
Can you work around hotel or rental property guidelines?
Yes! We set up regularly at Disney and Universal resorts and are familiar with their guidelines. We coordinate check-in times, use venue-approved methods, and always leave the space clean. Just share your confirmation details and we’ll handle the rest.
How long is my quote good for?
Your quote is good for 24 hours. We don’t hold dates or prices without payment — once your $100 deposit is paid, your date is locked in.
Do I need to check in before my setup?
Yes — for hotel rooms and Airbnbs, please check in first, then we’ll come and set up. We decorate the room for you, but we don’t book the room.
Can you clean up after my celebration?
Yes! Add our Next-Day Clean-Up Service ($175) when you book and we’ll return the next day to remove all the décor and tidy the room. Hotels may charge their own clean-up fee when décor is left behind — this way you’re covered.
